**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate Weekly Production Schedule maximizing plant resources
- Create Job Orders based on material and capacity
- Responsible to generate MPS and lead follow up meetings with operations Managers
- Short/midterm capacity requirement review
- Labor load review
- Material availability review
- Responsible for administration of the expected inventory levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies at plant by division.
- Interacts with factory floor to make the production schedule is followed based on dates and priorities given
- Data analysis overviews
- Makes protections for KPIs, financial and operations indicators, as requested by top management Attends and participates in meetings related to functions
- makes presentations as required for KPIs

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain preferred) or equivalent relevant experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- English
- Strong organizational and communication skills and time management
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
- Reporting tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Business Objects, etc)
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to deal with fast paced multiple demands and very dynamic situations
- MRP
- Strong Leadership skills
