**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice at Jellyfish, you will be responsible for:

- ** Community Building**: Establish and nurture communities of talent within our Center of Excellence (COE) and specific regional areas.
- ** Talent Engagement**: Develop and manage communication strategies to engage top talent with Jellyfish, positioning us as their employer of choice, utilizing innovative sourcing tools to enhance engagement.
- ** Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)**: Work closely with the talent team to ensure our talent pool is diverse and our selection process are inclusive.
- ** Interview Coordination**: Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple time zones.

**Qualifications**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail
- Solutions focussed mindset and initiative
- An interest in learning about talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Passion to proactively contribute to DE&I efforts
- Organizational skills to manage global projects and interview coordination across time zones
