The function of a **Business Analytics Analyst **is to collaborate with different departments across the organization to develop insights based on our client ́s data. Is responsible for analyzing data and generating valuable insights that enable clients to make data-driven decisions using integrated tools and improve their performance in key areas of the business. Identify and prioritize business problems and opportunities and develop robust business hypotheses and analyses, prepare recommendations for business cases and presentations for both our internal team and our end clients. In addition to aiding in the identification of patterns and trends, report generation, and collaboration with other teams to implement solutions and improvements in processes, methodologies, statistical techniques, mathematics, and programming. **This is a fully remote position, however, we do have voluntary-hybrid work for people located in Monterrey, NL.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data analysis using analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other similar tools.
- Identify patterns and trends in data to generate insights and recommendations that can be used for business decision-making.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Customer Success, Project Managers, Data Science, and Data Engineers, to implement data-driven solutions and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations.
- Develop predictive and statistical analysis models to identify improvement opportunities and anticipate sales trends.
- Generate clear and effective reports and presentations to communicate data analysis results to different audiences, both orally and in writing.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented actions and propose adjustments or improvements based on the results obtained.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in the field of data analysis and propose the adoption of new methodologies or technologies that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis in the company.

**Requirements**:

- BA/BS University degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance and Actuary.
- 3+ years in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Planning (preferably in CGPs or Retail), or
- 3+ years as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Consultant (preferably in CGPs or Retail), or
- 3+ years of experience with pricing strategy, channel pricing, price metrics, and elasticity analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

- English spoken and written
