**Responsibilities**:

- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication, and ensuring timely and effective project updates.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear expectations and successful project outcomes.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any project issues or client concerns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Client Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular project reports and updates to clients, highlighting campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account management or project management role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Project Management Skills: Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Client Service: Strong client service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate project records.
