It’s a dynamic, fast paced, solutions-focused start-up environment that brings client and agency closer together to co-create more effective and efficient work.**Role mission**Working in partnership with our client, the Integrated Project Manager will manage end-to-end processes on digital marketing and social media projects directly with the client and our internal and offshore creative team.- Identify, measure and report on relevant project performance metrics/KPIs- Coordinate project activities in a matrix environment to deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality, enabling benefits realization.- Campaign implementation processes.- Act as main point of contact for internal and external team members and stakeholders, including customers, from project kick-off through execution.- Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure dependencies are met, risks/issues are addressed, and project milestones are achieved.**WHAT SKILLS, EXPERIENCE WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**- 4-5 years’ experience of managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with good knowledge of marketing and social media.- **Ideally experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM Campaigns**:- Problem solver, is not afraid to talk to customers (Brand Managers and Leads)- Strong proven project management skills and experience.- Knowledge of the campaign implementation process.- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and customer services, to encourage high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Information and data management skills.- Experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports.- Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects.- Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once.- Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.- Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk.**Experience and Education**:- **Must have: English Level: Advanced in Writing, Listening and Speaking.**:- At least 3-5 years of provable experience as a Digital Project Manager with an agency background.- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or similar- **Availability requested: Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm.****What do we offer?**- Monthly Base Salary: $36,000.00 MX (sueldo bruto)- Above Law Benefits since day one.- Hybrid work system - **One day a week is required to go to the Office (Torre Aleph, Mexico City)-Flexibility day.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $36,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuantos años de experiência tienes como PM?- ¿Cual es tu nível de inglés?- ¿Tienes experiência con Salesforce Marketing Cloud & CRM Campaigns ?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
