FUNCIONES:

- Grupos de bodas, degustaciones de alimentos.
- Realizar recorrido dentro de la propiedad (GP y/o TRS), restaurantes, habitaciones y áreas comunes, dependiendo de la solicitud del cliente
- Compartir detalles los Sales Specialist Advisor para su seguimiento con la Venta
- Realizar actividades de Concierge
- Recopilar y finalizar Rooming List de Grupos
- Conocimiento en Prestige (software) para actualizar las solicitudes especiales para parejas de bodas, tildar como VIP, asegurar el UP Grade de las parejas, restricciones dietéticas, etc.
- Usar GIFT (software) para registrar cualquier incidente

**Requisitos**:
**Estudios**:

- Licenciatura en Turimo / Administración
- Experiência y conocimientos técnicos:

- Servicio al Cliente
- Conocimiento de Softwares hoteleros
- Manejo de Grupos
- Conocimiento en Ventas

**Otros requisitos deseables**:

- Ingles fluido
