Si es así, Queremos conocerte Estamos buscando **un/a** **Site Inspection Advisor**en **Grand Palladium Riviera Maya.**FUNCIONES:- Grupos de bodas, degustaciones de alimentos.- Realizar recorrido dentro de la propiedad (GP y/o TRS), restaurantes, habitaciones y áreas comunes, dependiendo de la solicitud del cliente- Compartir detalles los Sales Specialist Advisor para su seguimiento con la Venta- Realizar actividades de Concierge- Recopilar y finalizar Rooming List de Grupos- Conocimiento en Prestige (software) para actualizar las solicitudes especiales para parejas de bodas, tildar como VIP, asegurar el UP Grade de las parejas, restricciones dietéticas, etc.- Usar GIFT (software) para registrar cualquier incidente**A cambio de tu compromiso y motivación, te ofrecemos**:- Posibilidades reales de desarrollo en una empresa en expansión internacional.- Excelente ambiente de trabajo.- Beneficios superiores a la ley.- Formación continua y experiências de aprendizaje enriquecedoras.**Requisitos**:**Estudios**:- Licenciatura en Turimo / Administración- Experiência y conocimientos técnicos:- Servicio al Cliente- Conocimiento de Softwares hoteleros- Manejo de Grupos- Conocimiento en Ventas**Otros requisitos deseables**:- Ingles fluido
