**Manufacturing Order Planner**

We are looking for a **_Manufacturing Order Planner_** for our operations in **_Monterrey, Mexico._**

**Requierements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Supply chain management knowledge
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Knowledge of materials and resource planning

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of intersite, and intergroup orders to meet production goals and timelines.
- Confirm order details, specifications, and delivery requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate order updates, rescheduling, and any related changes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient order management and execution.
- Communicate part shortages to Procurement and actively maintain expected dates to orders.
- Plan and supply orders in accordance with the Master Schedule, ensuring optimal use of resources and capacity.
- Net out forecast for intergroup part numbers.
- Establish and maintain accurate planning parameters in MRP.
- Work and maintain planning data during PLM changes.
- Monitor order progress and proactively identify and address any potential delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to order management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order management, including order status, revisions, and communication.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance order management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on order status, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
