Job Title: Cash and Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Handle cash balancing and prepare daily cash reports.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as recording sales data, reconciling receipts, and tracking inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cash handling and sales preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
