A Montblanc Sales Associate is the person responsible for the brand´s public approach to the customers. Is responsible of achieving the sales target and other retail indicators. A Montblanc Sales Associates is a person devoted to customer service, providing a luxury class buying experience to all customers in other to close sales.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide a customer centric attention, presenting the highest quality of every piece.
- Deal with all client segments including VIP.
- Ensure an excellent customer service, meeting luxury standards and the Journey to Sales Excellence
- Knowing the pieces specifications in order to present them.
- Stick to the security measures and procedures.
- Make inventory reports.
- Client prospecting.
