Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Full Test Engineer located in Juarez South Site.

Reporting to the Test Engineer, the Full Test Engineer’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:

- Maintains quality engineering programs, standards, and improvements within the organization.
- Initiate and implement actions for continuous monitoring and improvement of testing processes, minimize test equipment downtime in accordance with customer requirements, technical specifications of equipment and internal procedures.
- Prepare maintenance instructions for equipment test and check its correct functionality in accordance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Keep test programs updated, initiate actions to meet the test requirements and specifications from the customers, ensuring backup; Provide testing and inspection activities, reports to CFT and customers; Manage inventory of spare parts and take action to reduce spare parts costs.
- Track efficiency of testing and monitoring indicators in the responsibility areas; You’ll participate in analysis, interact with other engineering groups and customers for solving technical problems.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Advanced English required.
- Nationals instruments software
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Develops and/or supports quality comprehensive test programs.
- Pxi and Vxi systems
- Performs test ability analysis (DFT).
- Performs mechanical analysis of test fixtures.
- Coordinates 3rd part development of in-circuit programs, enhancements, and test fixtures.
- Develops and/or modifies test programs using various languages (i.e. Python, Lab View, C#.).
- Experience with: instrument drivers, supports diagnostic tests at the card edge level. Designs and supports functional test hardware, computer platforms and interfaces.Develops test plans and procedures and quotations for functional test hardware and software.
- Coordinates 3rd party development of functional test development, enhancements, test fixtures.
