- This position is responsible for managing the molding operation, which includes ensuring conformance to Good Manufacturing Practices and standards, international quality system requirements, and performingshort term strategic planning.
**Experiência y requisitos**
- Manages all aspects of the production including materials availability, machine scheduling, operators, mold set ups, and production.Responsible for driving initiatives that yield OEE in excess of 80%.10 years’ experience in Operations Production Management of injection molding operations.Experience with production planning systems such as SAP, IQMS, or Oracle (preferred).Technical experience with processing, tooling, or automation is beneficial.Manages departmental processes including production and quality reporting, NC’s, CAPAs.Operations scope include responsibility for 30+ molding machines both horizontal and vertical configurations.Conversational English-Ability to work as a member of a top management team to accomplish organizational objectives and meet organizational quotas.Coordinates machine time and schedules with production planning, including engineering tests.Coordinates tooling and equipment availability with molding maintenance.Ensures that molding personnel follow and comply with quality system requirements and all molding specifications.Ensures training of all molding personnel.Ability to motivate others to improve quality and productivity in performing duties.Ability to creatively solve molding problems and issues.
