**Network Security Engineer**:
Hybrid position in Mexico City

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, configure, and maintain **Palo Alto**and **FortiGate**firewalls, ensuring optimal performance and robust security posture.
- Implement and enforce **network security policies**, intrusion prevention, and threat mitigation strategies.
- Integrate and maintain **Cisco ISE**for network access control and identity-based policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support **Cloud security**deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Conduct security assessments, firewall rule audits, and vulnerability remediation.
- Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents, escalating to vendors when required.
- Document configurations, standard operating procedures, and network diagrams.
- Participate in on-call rotations for security-related incidents.

**Must-Have Skills**
- **Strong hands-on expertise**in Palo Alto (PanOS) and FortiGate firewall configuration, troubleshooting, and policy management.
- **Proficiency**in network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SSL/TLS, BGP, OSPF.
- **Experience**with F5 LTM/GTM configuration and management.
- **Working knowledge**of Cisco ISE policy configuration and integration.
- **Incident response**and security monitoring skills.
- Solid understanding of **network segmentation, Zero Trust architecture, and access control models**

**Intermediate English**
