**Your Purpose**:
At Allegro, your purpose would be to oversee and manage the human resources department, ensuring the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that align with Allegro’s strategic objectives. Your primary goal would be to ensure that Allegro is staffed with highly trained and motivated employees who can deliver exceptional customer service and meet the performance metrics set by the company.

Your role would involve overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that new hires are properly on boarded and trained to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you would be responsible for overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment. You would also develop and implement training and development programs for employees to improve their skills and support career growth.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support strategic objectives
- Experience with recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and compensation programs

**Skills**:

- Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments and levels

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
