Our success is built on a foundation of strong leadership and teamwork, with senior leaders who are dedicated to supporting our company goal of exceeding customer expectations**Your Purpose**:At Allegro, your purpose would be to oversee and manage the human resources department, ensuring the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that align with Allegro’s strategic objectives. Your primary goal would be to ensure that Allegro is staffed with highly trained and motivated employees who can deliver exceptional customer service and meet the performance metrics set by the company.Your role would involve overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that new hires are properly on boarded and trained to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you would be responsible for overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment. You would also develop and implement training and development programs for employees to improve their skills and support career growth.**Requirements**:- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support strategic objectives- Experience with recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and compensation programs**Skills**:- Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments and levels- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team- Strong organizational and project management skills:- Self-motivated:- Strong analytical skills:- Attention to detail:- Self-motivated:- Technical proficiency:**What we offer**:- Law benefits- More than 150 thousand pesos in benefits, above those of lawPay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 5 years (required)**Language**:- english (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 83000, Hermosillo, Son.
