**World renowned Cellular Performance Institute looking for Bilingual Receptionist**

The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for Bilingual Receptionists to serve as the heartbeat of our patient experience, ensuring that every guest is welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and precision. You'll play a vital role in coordinating medical access, handling sensitive documentation, and maintaining a seamless front office flow that supports our mission of excellence

We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and guide patients, families, and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Enroll all patients into our ERP system with accuracy and care.
- Prepare and manage patient information wristbands, name tags, and medical passes to support clinical efficiency and patient safety.
- Organize and maintain patient files, ensuring confidentiality and real-time accessibility.
- Communicate with internal departments to support timely care coordination.
- Handle petty cash disbursements responsibly and track expenses as needed.
- Oversee the presentation and inventory of the gift shop, ensuring all items are priced and stocked appropriately.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- A professional or technical degree is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service, with a polished and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff.

Schedule:

- Monday and Friday 7am - 4pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am - 4pm
- Saturday 8am - 2pm

**Salary**:

- $17,641.20 per month (before taxes)
