Design and develop dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Provide timely and actionable reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and improvement in reporting and analysis processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and senior management to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analytical techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex data in an accessible manner.

Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling:

- Build and implement predictive models to forecast trends, customer behavior, and business outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven business strategies by providing advanced analytical insights.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Expertise in data manipulation, transformation, and integration using tools such as Excel, SQL, and ETL platforms.
- Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
