**What You’ll Be Doing**:
In this role you will perform functions including:

- Create Standard Operating Procedures for IT QA Automation Testing efforts.
- Responsible for automated functional testing on each milestone of a given project
- Participate in daily / weekly project meetings (morning project Stand-Up Meetings).
- Participate in bug triage / scrum meetings, tracks issues in a given project, and conducts
- Defect Tracking process for Automated Testing efforts.
- Provide weekly metrics on overall automated testing status and defect tracking status per project - provides transparency.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance
- Experience managing Automation team is desired
- QA Automation Lead.

**What You’ll Need for Success**:

- Software Testing & Quality Assurance: Test Planning, Test Script Creation, Functional Formal Testing
- Agile / Iterative / Scrum Software Development Methodology: The Sprint Process
- Other Testing Methodology's [Waterfall, Agile, etc.]
- SDLC [Software Development Lifecycle]
- Types of Testing: UAT, E2E, Regression, Functional, System, Integration, Component, Negative, Scenario, GUI, Black Box, Performance, Load, Mobile, Etc.
- Manual / Automated Testing
- Defect Tracking Processes
- User Acceptance Testing [UAT] Processes
- Data Migration Testing
- Data Conversion Testing
- Issue Analysis / Root Cause Analysis
- Quality Assurance Standards / Best Practices
- Testing Platforms / Technologies: Web, Client Server, EDI, Mobile, Etc.
- Performance Improvement Initiatives
- Web Testing & Application Testing Platform
- Automated Testing Tool Knowledge
