**Cloud Support Specialist**

We are seeking a Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Cloud Support Specialist at Marsh, you will be responsible for problem solving, knowledge generation, and developing repeatable processes, and you will respond as the escalation point for non-standard issues and incidents and is responsible for the construction of standard communications.

**We will count on you to**:

- Leverage cloud technologies, preferably AWS
- Utilize ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for service request management, incident management, and problem management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related technical field
- 2-3 years’ experience in Cloud or Application Support role
- Advanced Level of English is a Must
