In this role you will be the m ain point of contact between the Commercial area and Regional Supply to achieve sales objectives in private and Government channels, ensuring adequate supply of products and medical samples, with optimal inventories according to the objectives of each business unit. Also, you will be responsible for timely supply from factories to customers and distributors, guaranteeing budget execution and avoiding write-off expenses

**Responsibilities**:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- **Product availability**:Ensure the timely release of products (all portfolios) and their medical samples, according to the needs of the Commercial area.
- **Optimization of supply plans**:Coordinate with Regional Supply to ensure alignment with commercial requirements and compliance with Mexican regulations.
- **Inventory management and write-off prevention**:Maintain adequate inventories according to GSK policies and avoid product destruction due to forecast changes or regulatory situations.
- **Strategic planning for Government**:Plan coding and packaging lines to ensure availability and release of products in the Government channel.
- **Launches and strategic projects**:Coordinate local activities for efficient and regulation-aligned launches, and participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize timelines and reduce expenses.
- **Relationship with CMOs and artwork development**:Manage the relationship with local Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), administer stock depletion deadlines (PAEs), define implementation dates, and develop necessary artwork.

Basic Qualifications
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in demand planning or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills and priorization.
- Proficiency in SAP or JD Edwards.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
