**Job Title**: Tax Specialist (Insurance) **Location**: Monterrey, N.L. **Reports to**: Finance Manager **Objective**: - Guidance and prepare collaborators to be tax business partner of business units. - Responsible for domestic and global tax reporting, that include federal, local and withholding taxes, in addition: - Transfer pricing compliance. - Business unit PL and MM and SM support and consulting. - Support in research and planning. - Support in controversy and audit defense. - Design metrics, continuous improvement. - Responsible to automation of data extraction and review processes to ensure compliance, risk management and governance. **Responsibilities**: Assure the compliance in time and form of the federal and local taxes obligations. Assure the correct determination of effective rates, Deferred and current taxes, monthly Reviews the correct integration and presentation of annual informative statements Coordinate, analysis and delivery of information of operations between related parties for the Study of Transfer Pricing Assure the proper and quality of the accounting record of the provision and payment of taxes Coordinate the quality of the HO reporting Coordinate the timely attention to the authorities' requirements Communicate the impact derived from the changes in the tax legislation or derived from the provisions issued by the Insurance Regulator To be a business partner that provide solutions to various questions received from the various areas (operational-sales, claims, billing etc.).
