RESPONSIBILITIES
- As our Senior Project Administrator, you will
- Manage complex projects involving various external and internal stakeholders, ensuring on-time completion within budget
- Collaborate with the Program Lead on the execution of existing projects and the introduction of new initiatives to the program
- Create, maintain, and update project schedules effectively, as well as project documentation and reporting
- Collect feedback and program data, analyze, prepare, and present insights and results to the Program Lead
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2+ years of program or project management experience with excellent coordination and the ability to oversee multiple work streams
- Comfort in interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including program managers and community members
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, with the ability to use various functions to effectively process and manage information and data
- English Level Writing/Speaking C1
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience of being a member/lead of a community (developers community, student organization, non-governmental organization, charity organizations)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment
- Experience working in an environment that solely used Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail)
- Knowledge of HTML and Google Apps Script would be beneficial
