Lead execution of technically complex initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams. Drive business process re‑engineering and organizational change activities. Manage stakeholder communication up to Leadership; tailor updates and decision requests. Track performance (scope/schedule/cost/quality), risks, and benefits; course‑correct to outcomes. Requirements 7+ years of project management experience in the technology industry. Experience defining scope and plans from business/technology objectives. Ability to conceptualize, plan, and deliver technically complex projects using BSA skills. Experience in business process re‑engineering and change management. Proven ability to drive results with limited managerial oversight. Exceptional communication with Leadership; adapts message to varied stakeholder levels. Rapidly assimilates organizational/process/technology change and sustains results. Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline. Advanced English. Nice to Have PMI certification. Channel (vs. Direct) GTM experience.
