We are looking for a motivated and proactive Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team in Apodaca. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plant Indicators Management**: Handle and monitor various plant performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
- **Kaizen Activities**: Participate in and develop Kaizen activities aimed at continuous improvement and waste reduction.
- **Visual Factory Development**: Contribute to the development and implementation of visual factory concepts to enhance production processes.
- **Training System Support**: Assist in the management of the training system, ensuring that training programs are effectively delivered and tracked.
- **5S and Shop Floor Audit Management**: Manage and participate in the 5S system and Shop Floor Audits, including scheduling, results analysis, and conducting audits.
- **Cycle Time Validation and Balancing Development**: Validate cycle times and assist in the development of balanced workflows to optimize production efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
