Mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. Lead projects to improve and sustain local business performance.**This position reports to**:Continuous Improvement Specialist**Your responsibilities**:- Executing continuous improvement and strategy deployment and working with other CI leaders to standardize processes and develop best practices.- Working in cross-functional teams to execute the strategy and escalate as necessary to remove roadblocks.- Identifying key team members in each function to support projects within the location and encourage key individuals to develop their skills.- Understanding the organization’s vision, objectives and needs, and suggesting projects, actions, and tools to achieve them.- Providing organization-wide visibility of the current portfolio of continuous improvement efforts, and tracking progress and value from these efforts.- Providing training and coaching to people and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their improvement efforts for themselves and driving standardization and consistency.- Driving transformational projects with a hands-on (“gemba”) and problem-solving approach.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.- 2-3 years of experience in similar position.- Experience in 5´s and Lean Manufacturing.- Knowledge of Six Sigma - Green Belt and Kanban.- Intermediate - Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
