Delivery Manager

Grid Dynamics is looking for a Delivery Manager that will be responsible for managing multiple globally distributed teams and working for one or several clients. If you have passion for making software development teams effective, and have an excellent technical background, deep understanding of development processes, hands-on experience with delivering enterprise solutions, and proven track records of making teams successful, then you are the professional we are looking for.

**Responsibilities:
**- Lead the Delivery Organisation within a large portfolio of client accounts- Provide overall quality assurance for delivery projects across the portfolio- Control/improve financial performance of the portfolio- Contribute to pre-sales initiatives from a delivery perspective, representing and upholding Grid Dynamics ways of working to clients and internal stakeholders- Work with Tech Leadership and Sales teams to shape and estimate new opportunities- Drive and manage strategic initiatives to optimize delivery processes, project resourcing and ensuring a pipeline of skilled team members for new projects- Manage client executive relationships (C-suite level) and handle any project delivery escalations- Be accountable for the success and growth of accounts within the portfolio- Report on the status of the European project portfolio to the Grid Dynamics executive team

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 7 years of experience in IT project and delivery management, with 5 years of experience independently leading complex projects.
- You have experience in software development and digital communications across all channels and platforms, and you are proficient in the latest project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
- You can deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and you thrive working in a creative and dynamic environment.
- You are highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
- You are an exceptional communicator and fluent English speaker with client facing experience
- You have experience working with and leading the delivery for dispersed and cross-functional teams.
