As a Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for propose, coordinate, and monitor the effective implementation of the Continuous Improvement plan ensuring synchronization with the integrated management system and site strategy.
It is responsible for promoting a culture of sustainable continuous improvement based on the implementation of safe, reliable, agile and efficient systems to contribute to the business growth through high-performance teams.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Generate a sustainable continuous improvement culture based on the implementation of safe, reliable, agile, and efficient systems to contribute to business growth through high performance teams.
- Collaborate with the projects leadership that promote the development of the site's strategy.
- Manage projects savings portfolio and continuous improvement programs on the site.
- Perform Statistical analysis to reduce waste and determine standards aligned with safety, quality, service, productivity, and profitability objectives and support process improvement.
- Lead supply chain analysis through the Value Stream Map tool.
- Lead and collaborate in root cause analysis for process improvement.
**You Bring**
- B.S degree in Engineering or MS degree in Chemistry, Food Science or Supply-Chain Management
- 7+ years of experience in implementation of continuous improvement and/or lean methodologies within the food, beverage, pharma, chemical or allied products industries
- Experience leading & coaching CI / Cost Reduction projects/initiatives.
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt desirable)
- Strong communication, Influence, and project management skills
- Fluent English written and spoken
