**Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager****City: Toluca, Estado de México****Work Model: On site****Clevel: P14**As a Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for propose, coordinate, and monitor the effective implementation of the Continuous Improvement plan ensuring synchronization with the integrated management system and site strategy.It is responsible for promoting a culture of sustainable continuous improvement based on the implementation of safe, reliable, agile and efficient systems to contribute to the business growth through high-performance teams.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional.
