**We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote)**

We’re looking for a **detail-oriented and collaborative Accounts Payable Specialist** to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and employee expense reports with accuracy
- Ensure proper AP coding and compliance with accounting policies
- Communicate with internal teams for correct expense allocations
- Handle vendor inquiries and disputes professionally
- Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist with vendor onboarding, 1099 reporting, and ad hoc finance projects

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
