**About the role**

Are you organized, great at communication, and a movies fan? As a _**Remote Production Coordinator**_ at Ajax Creative, you will be an essential part of our production team, responsible for coordinating various aspects of the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to support the production of our projects from pre-production through to post-production.

**What you'll do**
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating production activities, including meetings, rehearsals, and shoots.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between various departments, crew members, and external partners.
- Organize and manage logistics for production, including equipment rental, location scouting, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, budgets, and other key documentation.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the production process.
- Provide administrative support to producers and directors, including preparing reports and coordinating resources.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in the film or media industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with production processes, equipment, and industry best practices.
- A degree in film production, media studies, or a related field is preferred.
