**BUSINESS ANALYST**

**Requirements**:

- Business Administration or Accounting College or University Graduate
- 3 years FINANCE (Positions: like Cost Accountant / Account executives/ etc)
- Bilingual 70 % English
- SAP / MICROSOFT OFFICE / Knowledge in Power BI / RPA

**Main activities**:

- WEEKLY TOP Expense Checking. Send Prelim Expense data to Plant BA.
- WEELY review of STIL Invoices / Accrual Proposal at month-end
- Cost center Application / GL Applications
- UTILITIES Break down Report: Electricity / WATER / GAS consumption data
- SHARED Service charge files for 1) WYMX (include NON-Personnel Expense ); 2) CORP- Others; 3) WNC and to share to WYMX; 4) SITE Service charge
- Send Year-to-Date Expense detail to Plant BA / WTS MOH report and analysis
- INCOME Statement analysis report
- Month-end tasks: FAS Disposal Gain /Loss ; BLDG Space allocation ; Non-inventory / Scrap resell; Download PMCS
- Internal Audit Tasks (interview / observations / collect information / Complete Audit reports)

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out Internal Audits based on project / tasks assigned.

Salario: Hasta $40,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno matutino
