**Job Tittle: Customer Support Specialist (Level 1 Support backend)**

**Shift Time: Monday to Friday 8-5pm(CST).**

**On site Position: Merida, Yucatan - Chihuahua, Chihuahua.**

**Job description**:
**Responsabilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 technical issues related to our SaaS platform, escalating complex issues to Level 2/3 support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, document, and resolve recurring issues, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Deliver a white-glove, customer-facing experience when required, ensuring satisfaction and promoting loyalty.
- Educate customers on product features, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to optimize their use of the platform.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using support ticketing systems.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the product to better assist customers and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service, technical support, or customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of backend troubleshooting, databases, or APIs is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a customer-friendly manner.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with a white-glove approach.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues independently.
- Collaboration: A team player who works well with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
