We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, organized and customer service oriented person to join our team as Administrative Assistant in Apodaca, NL.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year experience in similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook).
- Proficiency in CONTPAQi (desirable)
- Intermediate english.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
- Excellent presentation.
This position will be supporting the company in its administrative activities, ensuring that the office operates in an efficient and orderly manner. This includes tasks such as document management, communication, scheduling meetings, and customer support.
Main functions, but not limited to, will be:
- Receive and provide excellent attention to visitors, as well as receive suppliers and couriers.
- Answer phone calls.
- Record accounting information in the CONTPAQi system.
- Record pediments.
- Upload invoices and other information in customer´s portals.
- Control the inventory of office and cleaning supplies.
- Elaborate reports.
- Maintain administrative files updated.
- Support in organizational of corporate events.
- Support coordinating caterings for trainings.
- Support requesting hotel reservations.
- Any other administrative task required.

Sueldo: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mes
