Utilize your expertise in English language proficiency to effectively communicate with customers, ensuring comprehension and satisfaction.

Navigate through complex processes with agility and attention to detail, particularly within SAP systems, to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.

Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customers, facilitating smooth communication and swift resolution of issues.

Demonstrate critical thinking skills in addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and implementing effective solutions.

Manage accounts with care and professionalism, maintaining a deep understanding of each client's needs and preferences.

Thrive in a face-to-face customer-facing role, embodying our commitment to excellence in every interaction.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

3-5 years of proven experience in customer service, account management, or related roles.

Proficiency in English speaking and comprehension is essential.

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on multitasking and adaptability.

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
