**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipments Operations**: Effectively operate air, sea and ground shipments
- **Documentation Management**: Collect and review essential shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, consignments, permits, etc.) to coordinate shipments effectively.
- **Information Verification**: Assist coordinators in verifying the accuracy of information provided by clients and the sales team to mitigate discrepancies.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately record purchase and sales transactions for each shipment in CargoWise, ensuring data integrity.
- **Payment Approvals**: Request client approvals for customs duties, freight charges, or additional costs as needed.
- **Carrier Coordination**: Manage the assignment of approved carriers for pickups and deliveries, preparing clear transportation instructions and guides.
- **Operational Support**: Assist in planning and executing critical operations (e.g., hand carries and charters), ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
- **Shipment Monitoring**: Track the release of shipments with customs brokers and coordinate final deliveries.
- **Client Communication**: Provide regular updates to clients regarding shipment progress and promptly report any incidents affecting operations to the operations supervisor.
- **Billing and Invoicing**: Ensure accurate completion of Data Quality documentation for proper billing and invoice submission to clients as per agreed terms.
- **KPI Monitoring**: Support the monitoring of operational KPIs within CargoWise to maintain optimal performance and compliance standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min. 6 months of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Business English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
