Your tasks
A member of Group IT Infrastructure Operations - Compute & Storage - Storage & Backup and responsible to provide support and service for:

- Working in a global Team of experts, steering providers across Regions in APAC, Europe and Americas.

Provider consulting for locations in the area of storage and backup.
- Definition and design of Technical solutions and processes
- Support locations with Budget planning activities
- Service development such as automation e.g. provider control based on KPI's and SLA's
- Assist and guide technical troubleshooting of service providers to diagnose, isolate and correct system related issues
- Monitoring and maintaining Storage and Backup Management Service Infrastructure
- Monitor and handle of ITSM tickets and change requests queue

**Profile**:

- Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable study)
- Well organized technical planning and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to creatively solve problems with mínimal guidance, while maintaining a timely, cost effective approach
- Worked in an international team for at least 3 years.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to relocate to Queretaro / Hybrid work
- Willing to have international travels once a year to participate in Global Team Meetings.

**Offer**:

- 3 years of experience within Storage and Backup Management position as a global administrator experience with:

- Storage systems (Netapp, Dell-EMC, Pure)
- Backup Software like HPDP or Commvault
- IT Process Knowledge (ITIL)
- Microsoft Azure or AWS
- IT Infrastructure Knowledge (Server, Storage, Network, SAN,..)
