**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and suggest recommendations for company improvement.
- **Customer Support**: Collaborate with providers to gather necessary data, ensuring it is accurately updated in our systems.
- **Market Research**: Continuously analyze competitors and market trends, offering strategic insights to improve our positioning in the market.
- **Process Optimization & Standardization**: Assist in standardizing and streamlining processes across key departments like Sales, Business Development, and HR, ensuring consistent and efficient operations.
- **Project Management**: Manage projects involving cross-functional teams, including content creation, to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- **Report Generation**: Create and present reports summarizing operational performance, competitor analysis, and data-driven recommendations for business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Junior to Mid-Level Experience**: +1 year of experience in business analysis, data analysis, project management, or related fields.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Experience in process optimization or standardization is a plus.
- Familiarity with supporting business projects.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
