**About The Role**:
We are looking for a Customer Accounting Representative who thrives in a lively work environment. Working under the supervision of the Customer Accounting Supervisor, the Accounting Representative will work closely with customers assisting them with information, work hand in hand with sales and customer service teams, as well as maintain accurate account records.
- NOTE: This is NOT a remote position. The applicant must be able to work from our Puebla, Mexico office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales department by providing account information and qualifying customers for credit.
- Keep accurate notes and pay close attention to detail as you accept payment and adjust customer accounts.
- Data entry, including entering orders, updating credit cards, and keeping customer records up to date.
- Contact customers who have fallen behind on their payment schedule and work with them to find a solution that ensures optimal cash collection for the company while offering gracious solutions to the customer.
- Support the Academic Team with order entry and tracking of students.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with Windows-based systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clearly exhibits the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and excel in what is often a fast-paced work environment.
- Effectively works with others across various levels of the organization and exhibits the ability to partner with others for mutual success.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
