**Position Overview**

Actively participates in technical discussions about quality control problems. Analyzes problems that are reported by the quality control department to find the root problem. Conducts audit processes that ensure that the corrections are in place and to send out only high quality products to the customers.

**What you'll do**

Complaints management: Manages non-concordances that occur during a process or quality system audit. involves a multifunctional team (production, purchasing, engineering, etc.) in the problem-solving process to have closure.
- Prevent quality control problems: Analyzes statistics data of the multiple sources from the audit process, product inspection (SPC) and customer complaints to focus on a main point and execute the appropriate actions.
- Reports and communicates in the production area: reports and maintains the production managers about the critical quality control situations and the status of the actions taken to improve them.
- Management of customer complaints through the SRC/FTR of the manufacturing plant: registers, evaluates and comes up with conclusions about the quality of the customer’s complaints.
- Generates the required documentation reports about the quality control problems processes.
- Defines, organizes and executes instructions for the product or process verification and the reports include the specified activities.
- Conducts process and system audits.

**Who you are**

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineer, electronic, mechanics or equivalent.
- 3 years of required experience on similar position.
- Fluid English, spoken, reading and written.
- Conflict management and problem solving techniques (8D's, 5Whys)
- Knowledge in: SPC, PPAP, FMEA, control planning, PDCA.
- Lean Manufacturing
