We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Processor Acct Servicing and Mnt**

**Role Purpose**:
Perform the activities to ensure the timely servicing of the existing accounts associated with the customer products or services and administer product/service processing independently within the guidelines of the service level agreements. Must validate and executing of client request for modification, replacement, or update of data on existing client accounts.

**Main Activities**:

- Amendments in account or customer data for different products.
- Execution of any maintenances in core system ensuring the implementation of standard procedures for maintenances and ensure quality checks.
- Knowledge of transactional activity of suspicious / unusual patterns of activity using various internal systems, reports, and external data sources.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the key HSBC stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with an understanding of systems, policies, procedures, and regulations to perform client data update on the platform as per client's express instruction.
Requirements- Basic knowledge of Outlook and intermediate level in Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Advance Comprehension of English texts and conversational.
