We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Analista de Cartera de Crédito.****Loans Information.**Es el área responsable de proveer información oportuna y confiable que sirva como base para la toma de decisiones, control y regulación de cartera, mediante la correcta explotación, manejo y validación de los insumos y de los programas que generen dicha información, para lograr la satisfacción de los usuarios.**Analista**:Analizar, diseñar y elaborar reportes, archivos de salida, soluciones de información y/o acceso a la misma para facilitar la toma de decisiones de las áreas internas y/o entidades reguladoras externas, haciendo uso de técnicas/herramientas de modelado y/o explotación de datos, cumpliendo con la metodología estándar del grupo y con las normativas de seguridad de HBMX.Impacto en el negocio (Elaborar reportes, comportamiento y tendencias, registros de inspección de calidad)Clientes / Accionistas (Cumplir convenido relaciones cliente - proveedor, seguimiento de observaciones).Liderazgo & Trabajo en equipo (Capacitación 2x2, Avance de Objetivos, Comunicación interna)Efectividad Operacional y Control (Documentación CEDI, Mitigación del riesgo)**Habilidades**:- Trabajo en equipo- Servicio al cliente- Proactivo- Cumplimiento de metas- Capacidad de análisis**Requirements**:**Actividades de la posición**:- Generación de reportes periódicos operativos, financieros y regulatorios para la toma de decisiones así como para dar cumplimiento a las normativas que rigen la actividad bancaria.- Atención a auditorias y emisión de información para seguimiento de observaciones.- Atención de oficios de CNBV y Banco de México.- Generación de reportes ad-hoc de acuerdo con los requerimiento de información que se necesitan de la cartera de crédito de las distintas áreas involucradas.- Explotación y análisis de los datos para proponer mejoras en los procesos del área.**Escolaridad**: Licenciatura en Ingeniería o afín.**Software**: Conocimiento de bases de datos, leguaje SQL Intermedio o Avanzado, deseable conocimientos en Fox Pro y SAS E-Guide**Aplicaciones Core**: Deseable Teradata, Hogan, Kroner y OHC**Experiência**: Al menos 1 año en generación de reportes y manejo de datos; o recién egresado con excelente actitud, proactivo, dedicado, autodidacta, ganas de aprender y trabajar en equipo.**Inglés**: Deseable.Campo de Trabajo: Cartea de CréditoUbicación: Toluca o Tecnopaque**.**You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
