Bay Property Management Group, LLC is seeking an experienced maintenance coordinator to join our growing team. This is a primarily customer-service oriented role and will require liaising with tenants, property owners, and other constituents.

**What You Do**
- Handling maintenance issues and interacting with tenants, property owners and vendors
- Creating work orders and following up to make sure repairs are done

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- High school diploma
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Previous experience as a maintenance coordinator
- Ability to read and write professionally in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
- Ability to read and create spreadsheets
- Able to problem-solve independently and think quickly
- Able to handle tense and emotional customers professionally
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance issues, such as filter changes, appliances, seasonal cleaning, and other typical issues.
- Ensuring that the property is in compliance with all state and local laws.
- Approving and signing off on invoices via PandaDoc

**Salary**:$10USD per hour

**Schedule**
- Monday -Friday
- 7:30am - 4pm EST

**Benefits**
- 15 days of PTO

Pay: $193.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- AppFolio: 1 year (preferred)
