Where accessibility meets excellence, and every interaction reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional value._Our four core **values **are: QUALITY SERVICE, CUSTOMER-CENTRIC, TRANSPARENCY, COMMUNICATION.**Responsibilities**:- Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants or property owners- Diagnose maintenance issues and identify the appropriate vendor or contractor to complete the work.- Schedule and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.- Monitor the progress of ongoing maintenance projects and communicate updates to tenants and property owners.- Respond to maintenance emergencies and coordinate appropriate responses with vendors and contractors.- Ensure that vendors and contractors complete work to a high standard and within budget.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance requests, work orders, and invoices.- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners, answering any questions or concerns they may have.- Onboard new vendors.- Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement maintenance plans and budgets.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a maintenance coordinator or similar role in property management.- Knowledge of maintenance and construction processes and terminology.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with tenants, property owners, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.- High attention to detail and accuracy.** ALL RESUMES MUST BE SENT IN ENGLISH.
