You will coordinate the activities of the employees in the production areas, supervises the functions of the Group Manager, monitors the results of the production areas under his charge and takes the necessary actions to achieve the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives. Always focused on maintaining a safe work environment for employees and ensuring customer satisfaction

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Perform your activities according to the standard work defined for your position. Hold the TIER 2 meeting on a daily basis and participate at least once a week in the TIER 1 meeting of your staff at charge.
- Participate on a daily basis in the TIER 3 meeting
- Responsible for filling in the metrics, objectives and expectations of his area under his charge (metrics defined by the ROS department).
- Participate in the development and maintenance activities of the Resideo Operating System (ROS) in all its phases Participate in the daily monitoring meetings that take place at different levels in the production area as part of the ROS, responding in a timely and effective manner to the resolution of problems that are under its responsibility or function
- Application of 5’s in your work area and follow-up of the findings derived from the 5’s audits of your areas
- Execute and ensure that the HOE’s (sequence, content, time, quality and safety) are being complied with properly correct
- Approve in coordination with the support areas (Engineering, Materials, HSE, Quality, Training) the changes to the HOE’s in their respective areas
- Follow up on the production plan established by the planning department
- Follow up on time compliance of the models that will affect the OTTR (deliveries with the client).
- Give immediate support to the operator in the escalations they carry out. Compliance with the 3-5-10 rule
- Ensure that all operators comply with the internal rules of discipline
- Generate RPS (Rapid Troubleshooting) if area problems are recurring
- Audit Standard Work of operators and team leaders
- Responsible for keeping the attendance lists of personnel in charge updated and the daily filling
- Responsible for the administration of its personnel in charge
- Responsible for balancing and defining priorities of available staff
- Responsible for the product manufacturing training of the new staff, as well as coordinating the training of personnel in the different manufacturing operations
- Responsible for delivering on a daily basis the report of the closing of the shift to his Supervisor, as well as the problems that affected to fulfillment
- Follow up on filling in CAR’s (area risk analysis) in the first week of each month
- Follow up on filling in the metrics assigned to your staff on the TIER 2 and TIER 1 boards / buckets
- Follow up on the filling in of the production boards for each of the lines under their responsibility 24 Follow up on the filling in of reports of production
- Responsible for the evaluation process of employees in his charge
- Participate in Kaizen events, conduct and document continuous improvement (CI)
- Follow-up on compliance with covid protocols
- Generation of productivity and efficiency projects.

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate/Advanced English
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Availability to work for the second shift
- Experience in personnel administration
- Knowledge of the methodology and tools for continuous improvement
- Organize the areas to work efficiently and effectively
- Monitoring of control and correction procedures and mechanisms that allow taking effective and immediate actions
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D's, 5 Why's, DMAIC, etc.) Time management
- Criteria for defining priorities within the production areas
- SMT/SMD equipment knowledge
