**Careers that Change Lives****A Day in the Life**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.- Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.- Plans and administers procedures and budgets.- Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.- Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.- Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**- A High School Diploma AND a minimum 5 years of manufacturing work experience OR An Associate’s Degree AND a minimum 2 years of manufacturing work experience OR A Bachelor’s Degree AND 1 year of manufacturing experience**Nice to Have****About Medtronic**Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
