**Role: System Admin - IAM Operations**
**Location: Guadalajara & Mexico City (Remote)**
**Type of Hire: Full Time**
**JOB OVERVIEW**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Successfully execute technology changes aligned with company policy (Change policy, SDLC, etc.)
- Work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with existing tools and toolsets
- Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Identify areas for process improvement in areas relating to Identity & Access Management
- Troubleshooting of access related issues and communication of solutions to stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s culture and values
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers
- Experience with Role Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow a plus
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment skills
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
