**JOB OVERVIEW**

XtendOps is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Jr. Graphic Designer to join our Brand + Experience Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing sophisticated digital and print marketing collateral for business development.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Design marketing materials including websites, presentations and proposals that align and follow brand standards
- Provide appealing design solutions that reflect current trends, and a strategic approach to problem solving.
- Producing print, digital work and web design is a plus.
- Responsible for layout, design and production activities to produce quality graphic-design artwork.
- Develop and produce dynamic marketing solutions
- Design and deliver multiple deliverables adhering to brand and style guidelines.
- Gather, organize, and maintain digital assets
- Work closely with the Brand Team, to produce visual design creative for digital marketing campaigns across all channels including ads, social media, graphic design, mailings, presentations and more.
- Generate creative ideas, inspire your teammates, respectfully give and receive feedback.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role.
- High working proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience working within brand guidelines while localizing creative to fit marketing needs.
- Experience working in Social Media Content & Strategy
- Strong command of design principles, typography, color theory, and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to pivot as a team player and work on own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Plus: Experience with illustration or animation.
- Creative, highly organized, detail oriented
- Have the ability to interpret a brief, and respond with compelling and insightful concepts

**Salary**: $20,000.00 per month
