**Position**:Finance&Accounting Intern
**Duration**: 6 months
**Compensation**: $700 gross per month

**Program Overview**:
Our Finance Internship Rotation Program is designed to give you hands-on experience in the finance, accounting, and collections departments. Over the course of 6 months, you will work closely with mentors from each department, gaining valuable insights and practical skills that will set you up for success in your finance career. As a start-up supporting clients in the cannabis industry, we offer a unique and dynamic work environment.

**Key Features**:

- **Rotational Experience**: You will spend time in finance, accounting, and collections, gaining a well-rounded understanding of each area.
- **Mentorship**: Work closely with experienced mentors who will guide you through your daily tasks and projects.
- **Weekly Check-ins**: Participate in weekly meetings with the team lead to ensure you have the support you need and receive valuable feedback.
- **Performance Review**: After 6 months, your performance will be reviewed to assess your progress and provide feedback.
- **Potential Full-Time Opportunity**: There is a possibility to be hired during or at the end of the program in the department where you have shown the most knowledge and skill.

**Requirements**:

- Currently in the last semester of college or a recent graduate with a degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- High level of English proficiency.
