Senior Back-end Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Back-End Developer with deep expertise in C#** to take a key role in building the next generation of an E-Commerce platform. In this position, you'll work closely with EPAM and client developers while driving the development of innovative, scalable, and business-critical solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Enhance and develop E-Commerce services with a focus on back-end performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Design, implement, and continuously refine back-end solutions using advanced C# practices to address complex business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless functionality and business alignment
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring mínimal disruption and maximum efficiency
- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and refactoring to improve scalability and reduce technical debt
- Ensure compliance with modern security standards, implementing measures to safeguard data and user privacy
- Document technical solutions, system designs, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in C# with at least 3 years of professional development experience in.NET
- Strong expertise in architecture design, design patterns, and implementation of robust and scalable systems
- Exceptional skills in performance optimization, debugging, and resolving advanced technical challenges
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code to ensure long-term project sustainability
- Deep understanding of security best practices and their implementation in distributed systems
- Track record of delivering high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions for E-Commerce or similar platforms
- English level B2 or higher, enabling effective communication with global teams and stakeholders

**Nice to have**
- Proficiency in additional programming languages such as Java or Scala
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, automation tools, and cloud development environments
- Hands-on knowledge of modern software development and deployment strategies, including CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies
