**Report lines**:
IT position that supports the Sales Organization by providing support and delivering solution and fixes to the different issues faced by their users, whilst also contributing to enhancing and develop a more resilient and reliable solution.
**Main Purpose of the JOB**
- Provide IT support to the OSPREY solution; analysis and troubleshoot of issues, liaising with internal stakeholders and deliver fixes to the issues reported.
- Collaborate with other teams in the development, testing and delivery of enhancements and changes.
- Contribute to the evolution of the solution by providing input in the definition of the technical and integration roadmaps.
**Measurements/ Performance indicators**
- Analysis and delivery of fixes to issues raised by the users.
- Deployment of fixes and enhancements on time and quality
**Critical Experiences**
What experiences are key to success in this job?
- Experience working with SAP (ERP) as a support/ consulting member
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment
- Experience with effective communication in English at different levels in the organization
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Strong solution integration knowledge
- Proven record of identifying and implementing successful projects with positive business results
- Proficient in coordination of project activities
- Experience in CPG industry (desirable)
- Experience working with TPM solutions (desirable)
